Embedding Miro boards in Notion is a straightforward process that lets you seamlessly integrate visual content into your Notion pages. Here's how to do it:
Copy the Miro Board URL
Access the embed menu:
There are two ways to access the embed menu:
Using the slash command:
Type /miro into your Notion page and press Enter. This will open a pop-up window where you can paste the Miro board URL.
Pasting the URL directly:
Copy the URL of your Miro board and paste it anywhere on your Notion page.
Notion will automatically detect the link and offer you the option to "Embed Miro board."
Paste the Miro board URL:
In the pop-up window or the menu that appears after pasting the URL, paste the copied link to your Miro board.
Choose the visibility (optional):
If you want to control who can access the embedded Miro board, you can adjust the visibility settings in the Miro board itself before embedding. Otherwise, the access permissions will be based on your Notion page settings.
Click "Embed Miro board":
Once you've pasted the URL and adjusted the visibility settings (if necessary), click "Embed Miro board" to integrate the Miro board into your Notion page.
Additional notes:
Viewers can interact with the embedded board by zooming in and out, navigating around the board, and exploring its content.
Editing the Miro board directly within Notion is not possible. To edit the board, you'll need to click on the link and open it in a separate tab.
Ensure your Miro board has the appropriate access permissions set before embedding it to avoid restricted access issues.
I hope this helps!
